What a consultation includes

Consultations cover on-site measure, verbal recommendations, and a one-page note with dimensions and SEK estimates for bins or rails. They do not include carpenter drawings.

Travel within Uppsala city is included; visits farther into the municipality may add a small travel line on the invoice.

What packages add

Packages add scaled drawings, hardware lists, labelling schemes, and one revision after client feedback. Coordination with a carpenter is included when joinery is part of the brief.

Purchase of timber, hinges, and bins is paid by the client to suppliers unless we agree to a procurement add-on in writing.

Student flat and lease notes

Shared student flats can split a consultation fee among residents. We invoice one contact person and leave the internal split to the household.

Lease-friendly packages favour freestanding furniture and removable hooks so deposits stay intact at move-out.

How to request a quote

Email photos and a short wish list to [email protected] or use the form on the contact page. We reply with a suggested consult slot and a package band if the brief is already clear.

Payment schedules for packages are typically 40% to start drawings and 60% at handover, all in SEK.
